BAY STREET THEATRE

Bay Street Theatre is a not-for-profit professional regional theatre situated on the Long Wharf in Sag Harbor, NY. Founded in 1991 by Sybil Christopher, Stephen Hamilton and Emma Walton, it is our mission to be an artistic haven for an extended family of artists and audience, while continuing to provide a gathering place to share in the unique collective theatrical experience.
Many of the productions that premiered or were developed at Bay Street have moved to Broadway, Off-Broadway, regionally and abroad. In addition to our summer Mainstage productions, Bay Street Theatre offers a variety of year-round programs including the Comedy Club, KidStreet, workshops, special events and educational outreach initiatives. Now in its 19th Season, Bay Street is considered " ...one of the Country's pre-eminent regional theatres" (CBS Sunday Morning)
